Spicy Fish Cakes

1 lb. mild fish

1 tbsp. fish sauce

1 tbsp. Asian chili sauce

1 tbsp. cornstarch

a few green beans, snow peas or sugar snap peas chopped into small pieces

5 kaffir lime leaves

Grind the fish finely and mix with the rest of the ingredients.  Form into small cakes and saute in a skillet with some vegetable oil until nicely browned on each side.  Serve with hoisen, chili, or sweet and sour sauce.
